Have only been here twice so far but you can bet I will be going back. I had an emergency and "Lynn" was able to squeeze me in when a few other places I called told me "No". Every one of the Staff I met are wonderful. They actually sit and talk "with" you and not "at" you. Dr. Stachling was very gentle. He knew I had a bad infection and everything in my mouth was "on its last nerve". I am so glad the other places I called couldn't fit me in!

Dr. Staehling has built a first class dental practice. He has a sincere, welcoming approach to patients and he is an excellent communicator. His staff are very professional and are also very welcoming. This is how going to the dentist ought to be.

Really disappointed. I've given the school a number of attempts and been let down. The floor needs more instructors. My cut and/or color always takes HOURS longer than it should. I never come out with what I ask for even when I bring multiple pictures. The last time I went was during the power outage so I left with a wet head of hair and half my cut unfinished... No discount offered? Schedule a time to come back? I understand the prices are already low, but I pay for that difference when I sit in the chair for three hours longer than going to a licensed stylist and run the risk of having a less-than-stellar cut. I'm not the type to write a negative review, but I feel that PM The School needs to get it together. This is an instructional school on how to operate within the service industry but is not setting a good example. The girls I've had work on my hair were all really sweet, I wish they were being given more direction and help! This review is in no way directed at the students themselves or the personalities of who I encountered - everyone was very kind!
