They always loose my order for my glasses order or contacts. If it's either for the kids or myself it has happened every last time. You have to go in to follow up because anything you do on the phone with the company is a lost. I'm truly not trying to be mean or to get anyone in trouble but I swear, everything I put in a order something went wrong. If they promised a date it was typically missed and they did not call before you wasted your time before showing up. We honestly us this location because we live down the street, it's not because of service at all. Sorry but I hope it gets better soon.
