The covid process was well organized. Everyone was so attentive, so patient, and very professional. Ana was so good with my scared dog and gave very detailed discharge instructions and went over all my dogs medications in detail.

I was slightly disappointed that I had to wait over 30 minutes when I had a scheduled appointment. I purposely arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time to allow for any paperwork.

I realize that there were other people that were there before me but I am almost certain that they did not have appointments. What is the purpose of an appointment if I am going to be treated as any other arrival???

Once the technician took my dog it was very quick. Just wish I did not have to wait like I did.

I just love this place. All the girls are such sweethearts. They understand what our fur babies mean to us. Dr. Kumar is so patient...I once asked if he could show me how to treat an open wound because I was so afraid of infection and he stopped took me to the back where my dog was on the table and showed me how care for my Boxer Blaze step by step...he recovered like a champ!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!

I was not happy with my last visit. I've been a customer for many years. I purchased a puppy package and came to find out it expired days before my appointment when i arrived, so i had to pay out of pocket for my visit. When i scheduled my appointment, it was confirmed my visit was covered by the puppy package. i would had appreciate if i was told about the status of the package when i schedule the appointed. This way i would had scheduled an appointment before the expiration date. I could not believe my visit was not honored since my visit was days from the expiration date. Now i'm considering to find a new vet since customer loyalty is not considered or valued at Southern California Animal Hospital.

Services and prices are great but just takes so long time wise from start to finish. Gor to my appointment 10 min early and still didn't come out till 15 min past the scheduled time. Then whole process took about an hour after that. And not even a doctor visit just got a few shots/vaccines.
