Dr James was very knowledgeable, provided enough information to allow me to decide on plan of care for my cat who suffered a probable stroke. They did recommend obtaining a blood pressure, but did not tell me it costs $50, so I would advise pet owners of the cost in the future!.

The inside waiting area did not allow for much separation between cats and dogs as they did in Portsmouth. the staff was very kind, and helpful.

The bottom line is that with their care and my Vets, my cat is much better.

The Doctor and Tech were great. They treated Midnight very well, and made sure we understood what was needed, the timetable, risks, costs, etc.

Due to the snow storm, they were trying to fit the appointments from that previous day into the time of my appointment. This made my appointment which I assume would have been 1 1 1/2 hours into 2 1/2 hours. While I appreciate them trying to make up the time, I think it was a little too much. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and professional

I brought my dog for an ultrasound. I told staff I did not want the results. They respected my wishes. The doctor could not finish the ultrasound due to the frail condition of my dog so I was not charged for the whole abdominal inspection. I applaud the decision to not charge full price because of that and the kindness staff showed us I will recommend your services.

Spirit & I have seen the same vet for 30 years.

Due to personal reasons we longer see that dr.

We were INCREDIBLY pleased with our experience seeing Dr. Rollings, as well Meredith the tech.

I went to SNHVRH at my choosing after viewing your website as I needed a 3rd opinion on Spirit''s x-ray films.

(I was not referred by anyone).

When I receptionist scheduled my appointment, she told me Dr. Rollings was going to be the internist specialist that Spirit would be seeing

After I looked up his credentials, I thought if he's as awesome as his credentials, Spirit & I made the right choice.

He exceeded our expectations!

Not only did he tell me what I suspected, (that TWO other vets couldn't tell me), we were both on the same page for Spirit''s care.

I only wish he could be our regular Dr.!

I am devastated with Spirit''s diagnosis,

BUT, I look forward to working with him to keep Spirit as comfortable & happy as possible, for as long as possible.
