Everything was excellent.
We were taken on time, the technicians that did the preliminary testing were efficient and took the time to explain what the tests did.
Doctor Wuzzardo took the time to answer questions about things to look at in the future.
The optical department was efficient and got me just what I wanted.
I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

Courteous, smiling, female at sign in. Same for two assistants doing pre-testing and drops. Dr. Chappius greets with smile and handshake-love that! His assistant during my checkup was most friendly and smiling without being overbearing. All of this translated to a very relaxing eye exam.

Process was very efficient once I went back to the exam area. Had to ask to be seen quickly though as I had another appointment and it was already 20 minutes past my appointment time (and looked like it would have been MUCH later!). Request was honored and left with info I needed to get glasses at a later date.
