I called for an annual dermatological check. Had not been to the new facility, and was not told the office had moved. I arrived @ the old location to find a note on the door, and had to reschedule a new appt. Not happy for the wasted time. Found the new office to be very impressive in a Calif. chic/$$ sort of way. Who are we kidding - this is NJ! As far as the actual appt. - was made very aware that the clock was ticking and my time ran out in the middle of a few questions I had. The assistant signaled time was up to the Dr. who abruptly ended the session. I was very angry @ being given the "bum's rush" but when I asked a friend who goes to a different dermatologist, she said " that's the way they all are". Does that make it OK?????
