Our practice encourages movement and inner focus as a means to uncovering the peace that lies within each of us and facilitates healing on a physical, mental and spiritual level. We believe in balancing strength and flexibility as well as focusing on breath and movement in all stages of life. Hence, we want you to know, that Yoga is not an exclusive practice only for those with flexible bodies, but it is a safe and very effective way of building "flexible strength", not only for the body but for the mind as well. Our regular yoga classes provide guidance on the journey to a "quiet mind", which is a much needed tool in balancing our demanding lives and regenerating our energy. A wide range of different yoga classes lets you choose the focus of your individual practice and welcomes different levels of Yoginis. In our classes we believe that building a solid "foundation" in Yoga is the key to safety, healing, grace and freedom of breath and movement.
