Service was great but the delay after schedule appointment time was a little long. Felt like I heard the owner in before me was talking a lot and using a lot of time.
Other than that, very pleasant experience and Dr. Laura is always awesome.

Both vets are always professional, caring & respectful toward our pet and us. There are some challenges finding a suitable diagnosis at times however the vets are very concerned & take the responsibility very conscientiously.

Wish I had come to see you sooner. Both Bessie & I felt well looked after & she is doing soooo much better that I can't believe it.
Dr. Laura K had a good idea what was wrong with Bessie & she allayed my fears & concern.
The receptionist ( I'm really sorry but your name has slipped my mind ) was very welcoming & concened too.
I really felt Bess was in really good hands & now I know she is.

We received highly professional, friendly and prompt help for a walk-in with sick puppy. The staff's warm demeanour put us at ease. The doctor's sense of humour and professional attitude were wonderful to witness. Our lil Vixen received great, prompt and affordable care. Thank YOU Dr Jen Meagher :)
