I had an issue with my right eye late one evening and the next morning called and Eye Care Associates of South Tulsa got me in to see the doctor that very morning These people really care about their patients no matter what the condition.
Did not have to wait very long. Got through the process fairly quickly. But the check in staff was not very forthcoming with information. I was a new patient and was not explained to how the billing and insurance etc worked. I had to ask all of the questions. If I didn’t ask they were not telling.
Had a bad experience. Didn’t immediately need surgery so paid extra for a prescription to get new glasses...prescription was inaccurate (found out after 3 attempts at fulfilling the prescription). Now am having to see a vision doctor for an accurate prescription.
