Everything went great. Great doctor and staff along with facility. However, forcing me to sign a statement that I will pay $50 for every 10 minutes I am late is completely rediculous. I would not recommend your facility to anyone based on the paperwork I was forced to sign.

Nice office environment. People at the front desk were friendly and helpful. It was a very thorough examination. One of the techs wasn't very friendly. She was cold and indifferent. But she was thorough. The doctor was very, very good. After talking with him and listening to him I completely trust him.

I was treated with respect and concern for my well being. With another opthomologist I was told I needed a upgraded lens, a $4,200 out of pocket expense. Dr. Langley assured me it was not necessary. Thank you Dr. Langley for your honesty and professionalism.

It was the worst experience , the visit wasn't that bad, long wait, took over 2 hours. The big deal was that dr wrote prescription with bifocals. I called the next day and asked if I had paid for prescription, told her Dr> wrote one and that I paid for visit. was left on hold for 15 min. finally hung up. now I have to pay another Doctor to get glasses that I can read from. I will not recommend this place to anyone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great atmosphere. The receptionist was very informative and a pleasure to deal with. The steam room and dry sauna were great to relax in pre and post massage. The masseuse was AMAZING! I ended up with a deep tissue as I had several knots that needed to worked out. I will be going back very soon and highly reccomend Spa Lux for anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable environment and a great massage.
