Staff is always pleasant! With my most recent visit I got in the exam room quick and completed the the precheck without doctor. Then waited in the room for 45 min before the doctor came in. Seems a bit excessive.

When you feel like you’re being rushed for everyone to leave. Felt like because I could come 30 minutes earlier due to cancellation. I have been with this group as a pt since 2001 when Dr Metcalf owned it before Dr Langley and Dr Williams took it over. I’m also upset to be charged $45 for a prescription and was basically told I need to get another eye doctor to see annually instead of this group. I’m diabetic and since 2001have ONLY seen this group. That prescription cost is insane. It is higher than my copay. I was made to feel stupid about feeling that way. I am a nurse and have worked in customer service for and nursing for 25 years and this has gotten really bad. Unsure how I feel at this time!!

The facility is very neat and very well equipped. I hardly had to ever wait whenever I went it. All their entire staff is very friendly including the nurses of course.

Dr Langley was great. He gave me options with no pressure. He runs on high speed, but takes the time if you ask questions. My only negative in this first visit was the check in clerk. She was not very friendly. Maybe it was a bad day.

Horrible, arrived as scheduled at 2:30PM for a six month post surgery appointment and didn’t see the doctor until 4:15PM. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes looking at my eyes and said everything looked great. What a waste of my time. If I treated my customers that way, I wouldn’t have any customers. If the doctor is behind schedule, how about a call or text to reschedule?

Great atmosphere. The receptionist was very informative and a pleasure to deal with. The steam room and dry sauna were great to relax in pre and post massage. The masseuse was AMAZING! I ended up with a deep tissue as I had several knots that needed to worked out. I will be going back very soon and highly reccomend Spa Lux for anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable environment and a great massage.
