My experience at the office was very good. However when I saw the Drs. Aouchiche's the following Monday there was no report from Dr. Palmon.. Staff was asked to call your office and get report. Staff returned to Dr. Aouchiche and stated "There is no report, no refraction, or any information regarding any surgery for a new lens implant. She stated that I was referred to a Dr. Azzi?? (who I have never seen or heard of) for follow-up to my cornea problem. This is the most absurd information to come out of your office regarding my visits since I began seeing Dr. Palmon. I would appreciate all the information regarding my last visit on Sept. 21 to be sent to Dr. Aouchiche.

It never ceases to amaze me, that Southwest Florida Eye Care staff can have a full office and remain just as unflappable as when there are only a few patients! Everyone is solicitous of the patient's comfort, and there is a calm cheerfulness that pervades the atmosphere. My doctors listen well, and patiently respond to my questions, never rushing through any exam. I wouldn't go any other place for my vision health!
