I left my dog for three days for boarding and requested that she gets a nail trim. Unfortunately at the time of pick up, her nails wasn't trimmed and I was charged for the trimming. I didn't notice it until I was in the car that trimming was not done. The staff said that they forgot about it but they did not forget to charge me. I am very disappointed that I had to wait for them to do what needs to be done.

We apologize for the inconvenience. It was definitely our mix up and happens rarely. Melissa said she offered you either a refund on the nail trim or a free one next visit and you chose the latter. We hope to exceed your expectations on your next visit.
