I have done business with Southwest Auto for over 20 years. Even when the news about what needs to be done is not good - as it was this time - very expensive repair, they were so helpful getting my car towed to the shop on the weekend (though the shop was closed), arranging a loaner for me, and finding some financing to help cover the some of the cost of the repair.

When they tell me that something needs to be done right away, I have no doubt that it is necessary. If it is something that needs to be done, but not right away, they will tell me that, as well - along with a reasonable time frame in which the repair should be done.

It is why I am and will remain a customer for life.
