They were able to see me quickly when I really needed it. Expert care gently administered to a hurting patient fixed me right up! Very grateful for the care they have given both me and my husband. Always feel like we're in "good hands."

I have 2 TBI and am always nervous or at least apprehensive going to a new Doctor’s office. Sara & Sam drove me, accompanied me to help alleviate some levels of this anxiety. I had filled out the intake paperwork, at least I had been sent a form, filled it out online and called Josh on Tuesday to make sure it was received. I thought it was strange and was tension raising to then have to use a unfamiliar computer format to answer similar questions. After me struggling with this for a while Dr. M got the nice assistant to type answers and that was helpful/moved the process forward. Both appointments went well and people administering the testing were nice/helpful. I was distressed to hear that this was not to be office billed to insurance + I was expected to pay yesterday. Being on limited income, unexpected expenses are upsetting and put into question how to take care of this. Also I ask whether the upcoming appointment with Dr. Pendleton ( not sure when it is scheduled for and not reminded by Josh ) I will be able to pay this but will need time to do so and ask if Visa payments allowed?
Then last night when checking email I received a request from Dr. Meints to fill out background info, it was at 10:30 yesterday morning when I had left with S+S at 9:00. It was kind of Dr. Meints to respond to my email answer to this. So I obviously have questions and things to resolve, besides being nervous/hopeful about result of tests and glad for the opportunity to be treated/ helped by Dr. Pendleton...
Thank you for the feedback and I am sorry about the confusion with your first appointment. Your follow up neurological examination and report of findings are scheduled for Friday January 5, 2017. We have patients pay after they have received all examinations. We do accept Visa, MC or Discover.
