Went in for a manicure with shellac. The people were nice but the first nail peeled off in four days, the rest in seven days. Not sure what the problem was but will not go back.

We are so sorry for your disappointment. We have a two week guarantee on our CND Shellac nail service. Forgive us if you were not informed of that. We are nice people, like you said. We would have made this right with you had we known. We will follow up with you.

So glad SW Hair & Day Spa has been able to reopen. They took all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. My pedicure was, as always, a real treat and my toes are now ready for nice weather (if it ever gets here and stays for more than a day). Britney does a wonderful job and I'm always very pleased.

Brittany provides outstanding service and was able to squeeze me in with an unscheduled deep tissue massage. I wish all businesses were as focused on Customer Service as she is. Will definitely tell others of the awesome service provided by SWHDS!!!
