It does seem expensive, but I haven't compared prices and we are on a fixed income, which may effect that judgement.
We have not had any negative feelings about the recent checks or boarding, any that I recall in the past, except twice.
When our dog Mike was in his last days, there was no mention or discussion of putting him out of his misery. That made me feel 'heartless' when we said "Enough". Though the experience of telling him goodbye was very compassionate on your part.
When Tinker bell, who we adopted from a dying lady, and she had been your patient already, developed a tumor, again I felt heartless when I said we would not have surgery. "At least you can..." was a phrase used at your office and at the specialist office you sent us to.
I realize your heart and knowledge is focused on the animals, which is great. But you might consider the feelings and abilities, financial and physical, of the humans involved. These two incidents may very well have been exceptions to your attitudes and performance in general, because they stick out in my memory of the service usually received-very good.
