Always, I can count on friendly, responsible, reliable, comprehensive, accurate, comprehensible care from Southward Eyesore. Again, my trust in how they care for me was reaffirmed through my recent visit. As usual, Kaitlyn greeted me in a friendly manner and answered questions I had. Then Loren did several tests to prepare me for Dr. Lorson. Loren is quite congenial and answered questions I had clearly. Dr. Lorson then examined me. I had cancelled all my doctor appointments last year due to pandemic. So it had been a year since I'd been in. I had some concerns. Dr. Lorson examined my eyes very extensively, and took time to answer thoroughly, clearly, my questions and concerns. I trust Dr. Lorson. He is competent, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, caring. I am quite pleased with the results of my examination visit.
