If someone comes in asking for a hair color that your products cannot achieve, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW. I spent 7.5 hours at your salon trying to get a color (purple OR pink) that your products couldn't do. Let your customers know that your organic hair dye is not recommended for their hair and to go somewhere else. It was a complete waste of time and money. I went to another hair salon the next morning and was out within 1.5 hours with the color I wanted 100% and only $65.

Laura is excellent. She patiently listsnend to my problems and asked for feedback during the massage to ensure we were on the same page.

The room is clean and the lighting was appropriate. The music was soothing. The bathrooms are very clean. Overall a wonderful experience.

Nicole is amazing! She is always professional and makes me feel so comfortable. (Even for an uncomfortable service!). She remembers everything about our conversations and keeps me distracted and engaged to keep my mind off of the inherent pain of the service (waxing). She is always well put together and friendly. I Highly recommend her!
