Another amazing visit. I arrived a little late to my hair cut appointment. I assumed Katie would have to rush a bit to make sure she didn't have her whole day run behind. I was shocked and had a realization when Katie was shampooing and conditioning my hair as she was massaging my scalp so slowly, actually the same speed as normal, but I assumed we needed to rush through everything! Katie was not rushing, and was making sure I had the same amazing experience as always. The friendliness, attention to detail and consistency of Katie and everyone at Spa Bleu is unbelievable. Oh, and me and my family all participated in the Spa Bleu 5K for Clean Water, it was really fun!
