I took my daughter in for the Refresh package plus a manicure. The facial was not too bad. Nothing bad to say about it. We had 2 different ladies do our massages. My daughter said that her massage went ok but it was her first massage so she had nothing to compare it to. My massage was horrible and the lady that did mine looked very unprofessional and coughed off and on during the massage making me feel very uncomfortable. She did not apply any amount of useful pressure during the massage...very disappointed. Our manicures and pedicures were not good either. Our hands still looked bad after they were finished. Hangnails and cuticles were not trimmed. Nail polish was put on sloppy and places on my nails and toenails were missed completely. Nail polish started to chip off the same day as our visit. One of the ladies doing our manicure was complaining the entire time about how hot it was in the room we were in! We will not be returning or referring anyone to this salon. We were there on Friday, August 17 in the afternoon. We decided not to mention any names during this review.
