There was mold in the shower (shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash) dispenser. There were no washcloths-we both washed with big hand towels. We signed up of a couples massage special. At check-out we were shocked to find we couldn't apply the gift cards. Instead we had to pay a-la-cart. Yes, we were informed that it is stated on the back of the cards. We felt cheated, not only was the place in disrepair due to water damage, which was not the problem but one that we over looked and then was expecting the deal we signed up for and instead pay full price was a shock. In light of it all, we will not be returning to any Spa Gregories Locations. Damaged, not properly stocked, and moldy, no discount, no concessions made to mitigate the disparity of expectations and disappointment...not a happy customer, no longer a customer. I don't think that losing my business and reaping 10% in revenue makes prudent business sense. I have written to Costco about the restrictive use of the gift cards basically make the cards only a 10% savings. It is misleading, at best.
