I always seem to have a decent experience but having to wait 3 months for an appointment is extremely frustrating

This place is very frustrating. The actual experience is usually quite good, but because they run WAY too many Groupons and other specials, it's impossible to get an appointment any time soon. If I want to have a massage right away (as opposed to waiting for months - seriously!), I pay more and go somewhere I can get in right away. It's kind of ridiculous.

I love the peaceful atmosphere in the spa. I have recommend The Spa at the Village many times and will continue to do so.

Yesterday was my 7th visit to the Spa at The Village. My favorite treatment is Dermaplane. My skin is radiant for weeks after this facial. I also like the packages that include a massage and body wrap. Yesterday was my first time to try the infrared sauna & I will make time to do that on my next visit. I usually have to book a month in advance. The Spa is professional and I recommend Danny for a facial and Leah for a massage. Thank you Spa at Thr Village for delivering treatments that make a difference.

First, I had an extremely long wait with a prescheduled appointment. Second, my sessions were NOT 50 minutes long. Third, the body wrap was a joke and not as described. Shall I go on?!

I normally do not like to do reviews if they are negative. However, I've always enjoyed my experiences at The Spa since 2013 and they were always quick to respond and help me out when making appointments. My experience from January 2017-March 2017 haven't been up to the normal par that I'm used to. It has taken me days (at least 3 or more) to get a hold of someone to make or change an appointment, even when leaving a message. When I had to reschedule my appointment, the consultant did not store my new appointment and therefore the therapist was not informed of the change prior to the moment of. I am disappointed with the communication or lack thereof in my recent experiences. Especially because I've loved The Spa at The Village for many years. I've recently considered finding a new place, which would be unfortunate because I've loved the previous business at The Spa. :/

The massage and facial was good

But I do have a suggestion..

That the management figure out a way to have another room to go wait in your robe while after ur service u just received and waited no to go to ur next service ,,

R the best solution would be to not leave ur room at all at all and have all your services done in your he sane room ,, this was not good to leave and wait and change rooms ,, your there to relax not to change rooms and be in a room with robe on in front of strangers !!!

It was not a massage, she was just applying cream on my body . Room was smelling like old oil.

Nobody answers the phone anymore therefor a frustrating game of phone tag ensues just to make a simple appointment. The services you offer have always been great, but trying to access those services is just too difficult. I usually end up calling another spa and setting an appt while I'm waiting for Village to "call me back"
