Our Spa is a quiet yet invigorating retreat in the heart of Chicago's theater, business and retail district. Casual sophistication in an urban spa environment with four creatively appointed treatment spaces will allow your mind to unwind and your body relax.
After business meetings or shopping, take a breath and de-stress. You will be replenished, looking and feeling fabulous; ready to fully appreciate whatever the rest of your day or evening has in store.
You will luxuriate in women's and men's private lounge facilities which include drenching rain showers, soft robes, fragrant sachets in all lockers and a full line of high end amenities will be provided in the dressing areas including plush robes and sandals. Specialty teas and fruits are offered in the "Whisper Lounge" as well as healthy snacks with flavored or enhanced water beverages.
Our staff of professionals will afford you the opportunity to experience a healing touch at its finest. Improving circulation, balancing energy and smoothing muscles are some of the techniques offered for the guest's health and well-being

My massage was just okay and my friends facial was fine. The problem is mainly the way that you bill people which seems to be intended to cheat people out of more money. After the appointments were complete I put a $20 tip into an envelope to give to the masseuse which I handed to the cashier. She then handed me the bill and I immediately realized that the spa had added an $80 charge with no explanation. When I asked why the charge was there she tried to avoid answering my question but when I asked if it was the gratuity and she addmitted that it was, I immediately asked for the envelope back. I am still furious because I would have never have left an $80 tip and neither would anyone I know. At this point I would like this gratuity to be refunded to my credit card. Otherwise, If this is not agreeable I will pursue other avenues with 'The Wit Hotel.

The staff were professional and my massage and body scrub were immaculate! I told my sister she MUST come here! They were so accommodating and made me feel so comfortable. I came hear for birthday pampering and they exceeded my expectations.

Atmosphere & front desk was great. Massage was horrible!!!!!! Requested deep tissue massage. However, massage was very light, arms never massaged and not once was I asked if pressure was ok. Request more time for back but that was not done. Will never book again.
