I am new to the area and was excited to try Bellezza. I thought I would get a high end experience but did not have a highly qualified-polished stylist. Rather she lacked social skills, talked about herself, a lot... I simply wanted to relax and work but she was not taking the queue. When discussing what I wanted for my cut and color she told me rather what she wanted to do instead of what I wanted. In the end my hair is not the result I was looking for.

My boyfriend and I had massages, it was part of his birthday gift. They were wonderful. Massage therapists were friendly, listened to concerns, very professional, the pressure was just right. the rooms were spotless, the music was soft and soothing. Will go back for sure

Quality of products and service standards were great. The technician appeared new or inexperienced as the quality of the service was disappointing. She did not engage in conversation with me in the beginning after reviewing my paperwork nor during the facial. I had to advocate for myself in regards to what type of facial I wanted without actually knowing because she was just going to begin without inquiring about my skin concerns. The pressure for the massage and rubbing was not altered nor asked if adjustments should be made and was too light for me. The relaxing music was shut off in the middle of the facial and never turned back on. Overall, I would not recommend this technician but my impression of the cleanliness and atmosphere was okay.

My first visit here exceeded expectations. Jenna did a great job with an upper lip wax. The salon is very clean and attractive, and COVID precautions were excellent. Thank you. I’ll be back for more services.
