There have been a lot of changes wth the new management. Emma has upgraded robes, furnishings, booking, web and more. But the most important is a new front desk staff. I must say, that has been the most noticeable difference. They are more attentive and generally try to keep a peaceful and tranquil flow. Locker rooms are more streamlined too.

Regarding this specific appointment, it could have been better. I will still come back for facials with CAMI. My loyalty has been to her for over 5 years. I also have been loyal to the spa for their merchandise. Arcona is one of my favorite lines. And I always end up buying something at the cash wrap. They have cute jewelry and other items.

There are still some kinks to work out. Here is the feedback ok this appointment:

The spa contacted me over 9 times to confirm my appointment. Via text, email and phone. They even called me right before my appointment and said I was late when I wasn't. The front desk had the wrong time written which I find impossible after the 9 times of re confirmation. It was excessive. Front desk apologized because it was clearly a 12:30 appoint for which I was on time.

At 8 months pregnant, my massage was in a room that was LITERALLY 87 degrees. While the message itself was fine, I can't understand why they would put me and my child at risk by doing that. There were other rooms open on that end. But the massage therapist knew there were air conditioning issues. It seems to me if she could earn me about not using lavender scented lotion she would also know better that to have a pregnant women over heat. By the time the massage was over I felt nauseous. I drank a ton of water and fanned myself at the front desk. And hurried to my car to get some AC blowing on my face and body.

Abby is an excellent practitioner! Her pedicures are the best and she is the reason I come to SpaBlue.

Best massage I've ever had with Steven . He has extensive education and shares it. I've had knots that masseuses worked until I was black and bllue and they hurt often. He showed me how my posture was causing this and loosened me up for the first time in a long time.

Came in for two services, the 90 min Ultimate Facial with Cami and the 90 min Swedish Massage with Kim K. Both ladies are AMAZING! So caring, nurturing, professional, knowledgeable at what they do. Their both healers of the body, mind and soul. I LOVE THEM!!!! Give them a raise and or complimentary massages! They deserve it! These two ladies are the reason Spa Blue clients come back time after time.

Best massage ever. We are able to get an appointment right away. Everything was perfect except the room was a tad too cold.
