Kirby and Heather were both excellent.

Facilities are somewhat dated, Steam-room wasn’t in service. Previous amenities such as mouthwash, deodorant, etc. no longer existed in the men’s locker room.

When I asked the front desk about membership, they didn’t have a document with details, so they had to write in a brochure the best they could. Seems this would be a necessity to grow your business.

Also, when trying to schedule an appointment, rarely am I able to get a live person and usually end up playing voicemail tag.

The massage itself was great experience. Breezy was wonderful!

My husband and I both enjoyed the couples massage. I am disappointed with the poor communication, though the manager was receptive to my feedback. I was scheduled for a 3:15 appointment for a 60-minute deep tissue massage. I arrived at 3:15, which was communicated via phone & text confirmation to ARRIVE at this time. It took 12-15 minutes to check in (complete paperwork), change into a robe, and waited 8 minutes in the waterfall foyer before being taken to our room. At 3:32 the massage started (I remember looking at my watch). We had a very relaxing experience, but was confused when we were told at 4:15 we were finished. I figured it would end at 4:30. At checkout, I asked for clarification & was told that it should have been a full 60-minutes massage, but the time started promptly at the scheduled appt time (in my case 3:15). I explained this is helpful information for the customer to know in advance, because I would have arrived sooner had that been communicated. I addressed that we all are aware paperwork is required at check-in, there is a changing process & that the masseuses should be prompt in the foyer (as I had to wait 8 minutes before being shown to my room, & it should not count toward my 60-minutes). Now, I‘m not one to get worked up over something like this. I left very relaxed & that was my only goal, so for this I was pleased. I only mean to leave a review to help provide constructive feedback to improve the communication between the front desk & customer, so that all customers get the most out of their paid experience. Wish I could leave 5 stars, but I came for a 60-minute massage and left with less than a 45 minute experience. Though the manager provides a discount price (cost per 50 minutes), I can confidently say we did not receive that long of a massage. Hopeful for better communication next time.
