My masseuse May was experienced and the massage was delightful. I would give her a 10.

The facial I received felt rushed. It was not relaxing to say the least. The technique was rough and inexperienced. I even inquired if the young lady even enjoyed the work she did. My face had mask on it when I got home and mark of redness from the exfoliater tool she used. I hated to have to even pay for it, I should have left midway through and refused any more. The spa was lovely and relaxing as we also used the wet sauna. It would have been nice to have access to the pool during our spa day .

Our original appointment was cancelled after we arrived. A discount was provided. The rescheduled appointment should have been for a 90 minute massage, but it was actually 60. The locker rooms were not available, so no robe or place to store your belongings. Sat in the quiet room, but it wasn't the same since you weren’t in a robe. Massages were underwhelming. No shower before you left, so you had the oils all over you and your car. Front desk was short when I asked what name I could find the gift certificate email from. I’ll be back to spend the rest of my gift card, but that’s the only reason.

I am usually estatic to attend my sessions. Mae is amazing and so this review does not reflect her service in any way. I was sorely disappointed yesterday at the experience I had. They were having electrical issues which render the steam room/ shower unavailable. I realize that it was out of the staff’s hands but after driving across the city for 20 minutes to get there early to utilize the perks I pay for, I wish I had been called ahead of time and given the option to reschedule my appointment. My service was $150 minus tip and I was not even able to get a fresh drink of infused water prior to my service because it was not set out. I was even told that the locker room was off limits (due to no lights) and that I would have to wait in the “relaxation room” without a robe until my service. I did make a fuss about that and so I was let in the locker room and the lights in there worked just fine. I mentioned my disappointment to both my massage therapist and front desk but it seemed to fall on deaf ears and so unfortunately I had to put it in writing. I give this company a lot of business and I think I could have been treated a little better or even offered some type of discount due to all of the inconveniences. The prices have gone up but this is my second witness of the service going down and so unfortunately I will not be back.
