It’s been awhile since I had visited Spa Botanica and this visit resulted in a spa membership. A great massage in a serene, tranquil environment. I can see me visiting just for the steam room, quiet space, peace. Jazmin was wonderful, didn’t realize how stressed I was. Front desk staff very friendly and efficient. Fairly easy to park. I’m so happy I tried this spa again.

Esthetician smelled like smoke- front desk was rude-facial was nothing but rubbing lotion on my face without any kind of massage and at times I was just laying there while she did dishes-glass of wine had gone bad-facial was overall priced high for what was received as one of the worst facial I have ever had

The experience was overall amazing but I do have a little bit of a setback with them as a company. For starters, when I got my massage I wasn’t even asked if I preferred a male or female as I suffer from PTSD from sexual trauma but the experience was great and I was able to push past that fear. Then getting my nails done, the quality was super terrible for a gel manicure. I would definitely go elsewhere for a manicure for sure. They are super nice though and a wonderful overall experience.

For the business, I have one major complaint and that is the smell of the CBD oil in the lobby and throughout the facility. That smell is at the top of my list of ones I can hardly stomach. I don't imagine a lot of people like it. So I am surprised that isn't taken into account, especially since it is sooooo strong and overwhelming. When a person walks into a spa they exact to smell soft pleasing spa scents like lavender and eucalyptus (or the other farmhouse fresh products that are offered), not the smell of pot. :(

One last thing is that the establishment could use a bit of a refresher. The decor and furnishings are a bit outdated and there was black mold on the tile floor in the showers.
