I have been getting my brows waxed for years and I have never experienced this kind of burn/scabbing before. A significant patch of skin is missing from both of my brow lines and it is very unsightly/uncomfortable.

I chose to come in an get a massage because I received a coupon for 15 dollars off via email. When I was checking out I was unable to use the coupon because whoever was checking me out claimed I read the certificate incorrectly and the discount was only for clients getting a massage AND a facial. This was not made clear in the email. Very confusing.

My massage therapist was excellent. Definitely one of the best therapists I have ever seen. I have already recommended him to several of my friends and colleagues.

This should never happen and I would like to find out more so that I may address this with the esthetician and remedy the situation for you. Our email special was for $15 off of a one hour massage OR facial, and I regret that our guest services agent gave you the wrong information and denied your use of the special. I'm glad that you enjoyed your massage and would like to thank you for your referrals.
