Established in 2003, Spa Concepts has two full-service AVEDA Salon and Day Spas in Shreveport and one in Bossier City. Our newest location in north Bossier City is a modern 4,500 square foot spa with six treatment rooms, private pedicure rooms, and an over sized steam shower. Each location includes top of the line equipment and new or renovated facilities. Our talented, experienced service providers and exceptional guest services team have helped us win top local awards since we opened, including Best Day Spa, Best Nail Salon, and Best Massage from SB Magazine, and Best in Day Spa, Best in Manicures & Pedicures, Best in Therapeutic Massage, and Award Winner in Hair Salons from Locals Love Us.

I had a wonderful experience. Samantha is professional. And while Covid has us covering our smiles, I could tell she was smiling and happy and full of kindness. Which is important when you are dealing with the public in such a way.

Very professional,classy yet relaxing business.
First spoke with Michelle about accommodating up to 20 women for a spa party. She was knowledgeable in services and products offered.
Also spoke with Lakeisha, she was extremely professional and easy to work with.
These two ladies were phenomenal getting us set up for our spa day.
The day of the appointment was no different. The amazing workers greeted everyone (Not just our party) with gracious smiles. The nail techs are amazing and the massages were divine.
I can not say enough good things about this place. If you live in Shreveport, DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE. IT IS AMAZING!!!!!
