As always, it's such a treat to get a facial from Catherine. She always asks if I have any special concerns or would like certain areas of concentration. We also discuss products and procedures with honest discussion. I would like to mention that it would be most helpful to label the multiple doors in the area where she works (rest rm., sauna, dressing area, waiting rm, etc. On my initial visit, there was no way to discern which door led to her waiting room. Some of us have orientation issues.

Beth, the massage therapist is fantastic! Every time I receive a massage, she customizes it to my needs and I always leave feeling great. I will only see Beth because I can always count on her for a wonderful therapeutic experience.

Another relaxing and cleansing facial by Catherine. Plus, as a member, I received the regular 50 minute facial for only $65 with an additional 20- minute add-on for just $20 more. We, also, got an additional discount on products as members of Spa West. Great service and value!

We had a marvelous time at our Spa Party this past weekend. Massages and pedicures with special snack treats rounding out our pampering sessions. The staff at Spa West were all friendly and made it a point to make you feel comfortable. All were very good at their respective professions. We were just discussing that our next trip up to Reno will definitely have to include another treatment session at Spa West.

I can't even think of where to begin with my experience @ Spa West. Katie was the absolute best. I felt like a new person when she finished. And Paul put the finishing touches with the pedicure. The Champaign, crackers, cheese, fruit, etc? Just made me want to stay until it was all gone. Unfortunately, we had dinner reservations & couldn't. But the next time I come up, I will check for appointments before making the hotel reservations! I want my husband to know how good I felt by having it all done for him. Thank you to everyone there for making my week-end so special!
