I have been coming to your spa since 2010. I have had just a few hiccups with service in my time with you. However, yesterday’s massage was in my top 3 bad I have had. I asked for more pressure and it was like someone just putting lotion on me. You were my top spa and now I don’t think I will return. With covid restrictions being what they are and not full spa usage, it isn’t worth the money to receive a substandard massage.
