Nicole was wonderful and did a really great job at finding and easing all of my tense areas. She was kind, professional, and really wonderful at what she does! I very much enjoyed my massage!
I only rated the 4 stars more so for the spa experience. I think they could do a better job at circulating the spa areas and making sure everything is well stocked. For example, I had to really search for a robe and ultimately could not find any slippers. And although the courtesy items in the locker rooms were nice - I would have preferred to also have some lotion. The waiting areas could have been better stocked with cups and snacks, as well. Last but not least, I would suggest removal of the fans from the massage rooms. In my opinion it took away from the ambiance and distracted me from the music.
Generally, I enjoyed my experience and will likely be back.

I had a wonderful spa day and Katie was great. She was about problem areas during both my massage and facial and pod attention to detail in those areas. I would highly recommend any service at Spa Royale

I had a massage with K and I was BLOWN AWAY!! She is phenomenal!! She worked on places I didn't even know I had!! I feel like a zillion dollars today!! She is a true professional and a great additional top an already AMAZING spa!

Great service. I personally do not enjoy the smooth jazz. It is distracting and does not provide optimal relaxation.
