The office (located inside the East Lansing Costco) is clean and inviting. Dr. Roubos and his staff are friendly, professional, and take the time to discuss your exam. The SWAG bag they give you is great as well!

Great experience on the phone scheduling my appointment. Arrival and pre-doctor paperwork and tests also great. Doctor was very good and thorough, gave full information, answered all questions to my satisfaction. Bri in optical department was a delight to work with and very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining lenses and frame options. Very happy with entire optical visit!

I've been to a lot of optometrists over the years and I can sincerely say that Dr. Roubos is my favorite I've been to. He has a very laid-back demeanor but is very knowledgable and proactive in his recommendations. He goes out of the way to explain the tests and prescriptions and gives a variety of options that you get to choose from based on what is most important to you as the patient.
