No doubt the service provided is a great value. Our kitten’s neuter surgery went very well. That being said, getting an appointment is very difficult. Unfortunately the part of the experience I will remember the most was the terrible way I was treated by the vet tech. We had to wait outside in very cold weather and there was some confusion about our appointment; I was told there was no appointment and then offered an opportunity to wait in my car to see if everyone with an appointment showed. I tried to explain how the appointment was made by the rescue organization, but she said there was nothing on the schedule. While I waited I worked to find the appointment confirmation. After 25 min I was told everyone showed and he couldn’t get the surgery but their next appointment was in June. Shortly after the call I was able to get the confirmation and went back inside. Turned out we DID have an appointment. It was a confusing situation for sure but I we did in fact have an appointment and not everyone had checked in-because we hadn’t. She lied to me when she said everyone showed and they couldn’t see our cat. The lying was unprofessional and only added to the confusion.

I was referred from another agency, and I have to say that your staff was very unfriendly and not very warming and all . They didn’t greet me when I walked into your establishment and when I asked questions your front staff was very rude. You would think that your staff would make your visitors feel welcome and comfortable when bringing their pets in and they didn’t and I

definitely wouldn’t come back nor would I recommend anyone to visit your place of business

This company really cares about our pets. Before contacting them, I have tried the Montgomery County Humane Society; and it was a long process to tell me that I didn't qualified for their services.
