Brought in three ferals for spaying and vaccinations. Very reasonable prices compared to other vets. Only complaint was the techs were somewhat rough in handling the traps, causing the cats to fall forward inside. Could be a little more gentle with them, especially after what they went through.

My rating my be somewhat unfair becuase I don’t think I realized this is just a surgical center and it feels like an assembly line service without much personal touch. My dog was neutered due to a suspicious growth and also had a lump removed. I don’t have pet insurance so was recommended to use Spay Now becuase of their reasonable prices but it ended up being more expensive than it would have been through my vet which apparently is one of the more expensive vets in area! Lesson learned and maybe that’s what I get for trying to save some money. Also the lack of personal touch bothered me. You drop off your pet and never get to speak with the surgeon aside from a follow up email/electronic communication. Compared to my vets office this place has a dirty and smelly feel to and then staff is not as friendly - probably becuase they have to keep it moving with so many animals going in and out. All this said the surgery seems to have been performed well but I think this place really is just suitable for spaying and neutering like the name says, not for other surgeries. If my pet needs surgery again I will not come back here. I had a concern with the surgery right after and they told me I needed to discuss it with my vet ! so again that’s where I should have had all this done to begin with. Also be aware that you willl not know until the day of the surgery what the actual cost is. The prices posted on the website are just an estimate. You have to wait outside in the morning and inside for a while before being seen - even if you have an appointment - so by the time they give you the price even though it was very high, I proceeded with it becuase by then i had already spent a couple of hours travelling and waiting in the office and did not want to put my dog through that again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the fast appointment! My dog was able to take advantage of a cancelled appointment. Check-in was a little lengthy because the form needed to be filled out before you could approach the desk which was done outside with my dog trying to play with the other dogs. Once inside, Courtney made sure everything went quickly and smoothly. After the early morning drop-off, my dog was ready to go home by 12:30. I appreciated the verbal instructions which were followed by printed material. Neither I nor the dog were happy about the "Cone-of-Shame" he had to wear but I understood why it was necessary. He gets a break from the collar whenever he's sleep and lying next to me.

Great experience overall. Because everyone was dropping off their pets at the same time, the check-in process took quite awhile. But I was on my way by 9:15. Last pick-up time was 3:30. Low cost, helpful staff and my pet is doing well.
