Aaron at Specialized is the best. He is quick to understand what is needed and always been more than fair when they have run into complex issues. Specialized has serviced four of my cars, my motor-home and also our business trucks.
Aaron is an amazing coordinator. We brought our truck in for a new engine, and he had to go between us and Napa Ironclad. He made the process tolerable even though we were dealing with a warranty issue. He would update us at every step of the way, and gave me great explanations. If you havent yet, please give Aaron whatever kudos you can. he is a valuable employee, and a great representative for your business. I felt confident that everyone working there was as professional and dedicated as he is.
The folks at Specialized were very helpful and courteous. I was able to make an appointment quickly and when I dropped the car off in the morning, they provided a shuttle so I could get to work. The diagnosis was quick and the repairs done on time and within quoted costs. This is my second experience having my Mini Cooper serviced by Specialized and I am very pleasd.
The staff at Specialized are always professional, friendly and honest. They always discuss options for your vehicle repair in a straightforward way. Thank you Rick, Aaron, and if I knew the names of the rest of the staff I would name them as well. Thank you Jeanene for your courteous and prompt shuttle service.
Doug, Aaron, Rick and Janine are an exceptional front office (and shuttle) team! I appreciate that they are always respectful, honest, fair and thorough. I’ve been having my car serviced at Specialized for years, and plan to do so for the long haul.
They provide a very good service overall they are the best in the area and they know what they doing great place, customer service need to smile more often and be a little bit more polite with all people not just a select few if is not to much to ask.!
Dr. Hayashi has been my dentist for almost 30 years. He and his wonderful staff have made my
visits as pleasant as possible. They are friendly and efficient. He takes the time to explain the procedure and answer all questions. I feel I am in good hands. Have recommended him to friends.
I appreciate their taking in the kitty I found dying under my parked car, and for allowing me to pick her up after hours - and her vet was very good at communicating her status to me. However, my jaw dropped when I was told I had to pay the full estimate upfront and I was very very upset they forgot to give me her medication when I picked her up so she missed an entire day's worth of treatment. The night vet just told me to force feed her and he gave the impression he doesn't expect her to live. I was also surprised they released her so soon as, imo, she should have stayed hospitalized longer. I wondered if it's indicative of the practice that not only could they not find the pet carrier I brought her in for a good 10 minutes, I could read harshly-worded notes to staff behind reception.
