I felt and cared for the moment I walked in. The guest service coordinator welcomed me and offered me a beverage. It is a very relaxed and comfortable environment. I hung out in a lounge with magazines and was greeted by Yvonne, my technician and then Sarah a very sweet assistant showed me where I could put on my gown. Every step of the appointment was handled efficiently and without stress or awkwardness. As a first time guest this is very important to me.
Yvonne listened to me and took the time to understand how I wanted my haircolor. As my haircolor processed I had a great connection with Yvonne and the technicians around me. I especially enjoyed the shampoo bowl experience with the head massage and care for my neck and the comfort of the chair and leg rest. Sarah is very educated and passionate about the hair products and the Paul Mitchell philosophy and is a great addition to the entire experience.
The entire team including John the owner and another technician Elizabeth helped to achieve the exact color I wanted and assisted Yvonne until I was happy with the results. They make sure you are happy with the color you want and want you to be honest if you want something different. Yvonne is very talented and precise and took the time to make sure my hair line was covered and there was no staining on my skin. Compared to other salon experiences I have had, I was relieved they were willing to make the color right until the very end without any attitude. The level of service was so thorough and caring. The checkout experience was pleasant also as Sarah shared with me the referral program and gave me a sample to try. I will definitely be making this salon my home and feel like they are a family of stylists who really value their trade and care about their clients' happiness. I am looking forward to coming back for a haircut and style with Yvonne soon! Thank you so much!

It is always a wonderful experience at Spencer and Co.. Yvonne is my stylist and she is amazing. I have very curly hair and have always had a hard time finding someone who can cut my hair correctly, Yvonne has the magic touch!! My hair always looks amazing, and my curls rock because Yvonne knows just how to cut them :). Sarah is awesome too always so helpful and gives the best shampoos ever! Always leave the salon feeling awesome :)

I always enjoy going to Spencer and Co. Not only do I always look forward to seeing Amy; everyone in the salon is always so welcoming. They all make me laugh and smile. There are not enough words to explain how talented Amy is. I have been blessed to be a client of hers for many years and look forward to the years to come. I always feel so beautiful walking out of the doors after she has done her magic. One of the best things about Amy as well is that I can call her my friend. I look forward to being a forever client at Spencer and Co.

This is the best salon I've been to in the area. The people are wonderful and treat you like family. Yvonne is a great stylist for me. I stick with her. It's nice to talk to someone and throw ideas around. Linda is also pretty awesome. I ordered the halo couture extensions and she just knows how excited I am so she has been keeping me updated! Just an all around great place. Definitely worth checking out!
