If you're like me, you were looking at the reviews when you considered calling S P Heating/Cooling. I was hesitant at first, but I thought maybe it was one angry person writing the review and no one thought to write a review after having a great experience (some of them are old.) Steve took his time explaining everything and putting my worries at ease. I called a different company the year before when my furnace went down and paid WAY MORE than I should have. I'm a single mother and money is always tight. Steve did not leave until my child and I had heat. I can't say enough and it was important to me to get this review out there so that other people in my situation know that he is so reasonable. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so much. I don't know what would have happened if I called another company. Give this company a shot.
