As an Alternative Health Clinic, we combine Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, & Ayurveda - a sister science to yoga - to aid you in your personal understanding for the potential of full health, and peace of mind. Our skilled practitioners are here to guide you toward your innate wisdom; to heal through self-awareness practices, sensory therapies, and lifestyle choices.
Our yoga classes are beneficial to all ages and all body types. Our community is many sizes, shapes and ability levels, and our classes are welcoming to beginners. We provide many different styles of yoga practice to the community, allowing everyone to find a class that they can love. Bring a sense of joy to your whole being by coming to play, move, laugh, and breathe deeply with us!
We offer two professional programs in the field of Ayurveda. The first is a one year Certified Ayurveda Educator (CAE) 300 hour weekend intensive program, and our second year is our Certified Practitioner (CAP) program. Both meet the highest national standards in the field of Ayurveda education. The objective of Spirit Path Ayurveda Education is to graduate the highest-quality Ayurvedic practitioners in the United States.
