Completed comprehensive inspection at no charge. That inspection confirmed what dealer had suggested -- Replacing rear brake pads and rotors. While recommending other repairs, they helped me prioritize which ones to do by explaining importance of each.

Steve, Cody and other staff are knowledgeable and courteous every time I bring in my Cooper. What they have quoted me is what they have charged. The wait time is expedient. I have been altogether happy with my experiences here.

I was greeted on the phone when I called ahead with a friendly and helpful person...I was later met at the door with the same enthusiasm and was treated with the UTMOST respect. Cody and the rest of the guys were very knowledgeable and patient when I had questions, and they talked to me as if they had known me for years.The wait time was very reasonable, and they were prompt with completing the installation of my new tires. They've definitely gained a customer for life!!!
