I attempted to make an appointment online. They called me back the next day and said that they would try to fit my cat into their schedule. Okay sounds good. I got stuck in traffic do to an accident on Whitney Way. I called them when I arrived, yes late. No call back. Called them again and was told I was a no show. They did allow me to drop off my cat at 9:30. Did not hear anything back from them to pick up my old cat. Finally made contact with the vet after 2:00.
They then charged me a $85 charge for an urgent care appointment.
Really?? And to make things worse, my poor kitty was in a cat carrier for 5 hours and she had explosive diarrhea in the crate on the way home!
