6 months ago I would have said 5 across the board!!!
Dr.Mack is great and the care my dogs have gotten has always been great untill Tuesday the 24th.
Took our dog in for a ACL repair she had this done a couple years ago on her other leg, she did great This time she’s in a lot more pain uncomfortable.., last surgery they kept her overnight, gave her injectable pain meds she came home the next day, sore but never cried. When I scheduled her surgery back in November I was told she would stay the night same as last time. This time I’m waiting for the call to tell me how surgery went to get the call saying she will be ready at 4:30 for pick up?!?!??
We ended up picking her up with a script for pain was NOT working she cried all night and the first part of the morning.
I called there Delaney answered I explained to her what was going on Her response was “I’ll take your info and get back to you by the end of business today” WHAT?!?!?! End of day was still 10 hours away so my poor baby already suffered all night and now you are wanting her to wait for a solution?! I told her that was unacceptable If she was to call her child’s pediatrician with her child being in pain and they said they would get back with her by the end of day WOULD THAT BE ACCEPTABLE???
Dr.Mack finally called back 4 hours later and did prescribe my dog a pain medication that allowed her to get relief, I just feel the difference in The first surgery and this surgery was a complete 360 Sad cause it could be a great vets office. Dr Mack seems genuine to the Animals. I won’t change vets because of that but I definitely will watch better on the care and the way the front desk handles things with my babies from now on .
