Dr. Donovan kindly and professionally addressed my concerns about Charlie. We add x-rays taken very quickly and within a few minutes had a discussion concerning the results (he's fine).

We also discussed his going on a diet.

Both Dr. Donovan and Dr. Hanson will take the time to listen to pet owner's concerns. Your concerns are their concerns. Our digital x-ray processor helps us get radiographic images quickly. This technology allows the vets to develop and begin a treatment plan sooner. We are very glad that Charlie's x-rays were fine and that he is doing well! We hope that you have considered Dr. Donovan's recommendation of putting Charlie on a diet. We are always here to help you with any questions or concerns you have at any point. Dr. Hansan was very thorough with our dog Grace. She gave attention to Grace's skin problems and is trying her on some prescription pills to try to clear her skin up.
