I love all the staff at SVH. I would’ve given 5 stars but I had to wait almost 45minutes after my appointment time :( I understand pets come in that may need emergency medical attention, however this was super disappointing. Once seen, tech and Dr were apologetic for long wait time and gave us their undivided attention for our routine visit.

My dog was a new patient (although you had seen one of my other dogs) but you still worked her in to your schedule, for which we were very thankful. The doctor and staff were very competent.

This particular visit was uneventful and as expected. always good.

I would like to point out a previous visit. Momo passed away on Sunday night April 7. When I called the office the next morning to find out about cremation, Laurie was very considerate, thoughtful and kind. When we brought Momo in Monday morning, Laurie was very attentive. She was in no hurry to finalize our visit but listened to me for as long as i needed to talk about Momo. The attendants who brought Momo inside were equally thoughtful.

Thank you for hiring these caring people who truly understand the relationships between people and their pets.

I have been taking my pets here for about 9 years. I have been to several different vets previously and Shadowridge is the best.

The staff is wonderful. We take 3 dogs in at the same time. There is still a bit of a wait even with an appointment but understandable with pet situations. I have one dog who is small but loud and interacting with other sick pets is not her strong suit. Would like to wait in room rather than Lobby with pets coming and going.

New building is pretty nice. Like the doctors. Been going to them multiple times a year for 11 years now. Highly recommend.
