xray is needed in case the insurance need to see the surface of filling , to prevent some dentist just do filling on healthy teeth to making money . Xray taken is for the purpose of protecting patient and need to be done every 6 months. You haven't had xray taken for the last 12 months, we advice you to have xray taken in order to do fillings as requirement of Dental association, since you did not want to take xray , we cant do preventive fillings. On the top of that, you do not have a hole in your teeth, what you need is preventive filling to prevent further erosion . If you have any question about your procedure, please feel free to contact us for more detail explanation.For your record, for this year, we only collect $50 deductible from you only ,and there is no any other co-payment , please be honest when making comment on the website . For the last two year, any time you need help from us to collect your refund from your flexpending account , we were always there to help you out even that was not supposed my work to provide those paperworks. Our office always provider on-time respondents and help as much as we could.
