I always enjoy my visits to this facility and they gave very friendly staff. However, the beginning of this this appointment was not as enjoyable. The lady who first period me to the back for the air test didn't seem very friendly. I usually struggle staying still and whoever is with me helps me to get comfortable and we'd eventually get it. This time I felt uncomfortable and wasc getting a bit upset, but the lady did nothing to ease it.
