I feel my dog gets good care overall at this office, and all the employees are very kind and patient with him. However, what keeps it from being GREAT are these two things. 1. Often the employees seem very rushed and aren't welcoming. For example, nobody even looked up at us when we walked in the door our last visit and we stood for awhile at the front desk before being acknowledged. I know it's a busy, hectic job but just looking up and saying "hi, one minute please," would be enough. 2. The vets don't offer much feedback. Our dog has been told he's overweight but with two different vets now, we have really had to ask ourselves what his ideal weight should be and what amount we should be feeding him. I want someone to be honest and upfront with us so that we can keep him healthy. I feel like we haven't gotten that.
We will keep coming back due to cleanliness, availability and location (and a couple vet techs we like), but these are definitely some big aspects I'd like to see improved. My dog may be put at ease and happy with his care, but it's equally important for me to feel this way.
