We always get the best care. Doctors go over snd above for your babies. Even took our sick ferret home over the weekend to make sure he got the absolute best care. I would ever take my fur (or shell) babies anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and the vet and vet assistant knew how to handle birds which is a 1st for me. Previous avian vets did not seem to know a thing about birds. It was refreshing and made me feel comfortable with them handling my Senegal parrot.

they took care of my pet i noticed that they showed compassion and they cared for all the animals that they see. Another great aspect of SEAVS is that they have a bilingual staff.

I had two visits recently. One was on an emergency basis for a guinea pig who suddenly stopped eating and developed bloat. I had a 7 PM appointment the next day, but felt Austin would not be able to make it through the day for that appoitnment. So I brought him in as soon as SEAVS opened. They were wonderful. Dr. took wonderful care between her appointments. She and the techs stabilized him and took an X-ray. It showed that he also had a huge stone - late developing and fast growing, since we had just had Austin in for a full check up late summer - and also an enlarged thyroid - again a new development. Given his age and frailty, we decided to put him mercifully to sleep. The whole process was both professional and compassionate. I couldn't have had better advice - no effort to push me into expensive procedures that would have just prolonged Austin's misery with little chance of survivial. I am always so grateful to SEAVS. I come all the way from Gaithersburg to see them. I also add that since they deal exclusively with exotics, no barking dogs and mewing cats in the waiting room that would have further stressed out my ailing piglet.

Stahl provides great care and expertise for my 10 year old rabbit. The only issue I have is the unreasonable amount of waiting time my last few visits. I try my best to make sure I arrive on time for my appointments but why do we have to wait 30 mins or longer to see the doctor?

Dr. Romo was professional and educated us so we would be great pet owners and advocates for our bunny.
